  • We partner with well-known courier companies such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, Shadowfax, Valmo, Bluedart, and XpressBees to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

2. Shipping Charges:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will incur a charge of ₹99.
  • Shipping is free for prepaid orders.

 

Delivery Times

1. Standard Delivery:

  • Delivery times vary based on your location. Typically, standard delivery takes between 3-7 business days.

2. Express Delivery:

  • If you select express delivery (where available), your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days.

  • Please ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing your order. Gerex is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

2. Delayed Deliveries:

International Shipping

1. Availability:

  • Currently, Gerex only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
