At GEREX, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy on most products. Please read the details below to understand our return, refund, and exchange process.
1. Return Policy
1.1 Customers can return eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
1.2 Certain products, such as shampoo, cleaners, and polish, are non-returnable. Each product’s return eligibility is mentioned on its respective product page.
1.3 To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
1.4 Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product before returning it.
1.5 GEREX reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
2. Return Process
2.1 Customers can initiate a return request directly from their user dashboard or order section on our website. Simply click on the “Return” button, and a request will be generated.
2.2 Once the return request is placed, our executive will call you and guide you through the next steps of the process.
2.3 If required, customers may need to share images/videos of the product, packaging, and invoice for verification.
2.4 We will arrange a pickup (if available in your area) or guide you on self-shipping.
2.5 If self-shipping, customers must share the tracking details with our support team.
2.6 Return pickup service may not be available for all pin codes. In such cases, the customer will need to ship the product to our return address.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse.
3.2 If the product meets our return guidelines, a refund will be issued via:
- UPI / Bank Account
- RTGS / NEFT
- Original payment method (if applicable)
3.3 The refund process may take 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
3.4 Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation from the customer.
3.5 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
4. Exchange Policy
4.1 We offer exchanges only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4.2 If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, a refund will be processed.
4.3 The exchange request must be placed within 7 days of delivery, following the same return process.
5. Payment & Shipping Information
5.1 We accept payments through all major sources, including:
- Razorpay Payment Gateway (Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders
5.2 Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹700
- For orders below ₹700, standard shipping charges apply (as mentioned at checkout).
5.3 Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, and delivery takes 3-7 business days based on the delivery location.
6. Cancellations
6.1 Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but customers can initiate a return after delivery.
6.2 If an order is canceled before shipping, the full amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
